Soccer Tournament, July 23-27. If you can help and have not signed up, please contact Rick Scott (851-3789). Some hours only include evenings for approximately 1 ½ hours.
Our Installation Banquet is scheduled for July 31st. Jake and Virginia have offered to host the “attitude adjustment” at their home around 5:30 PM. Dinner will get started at 6:30 PM at the Maumelle Country Club. Choice of dinner is Prime Rib or Chicken Marsala. Make reservations by calling Rick Scott.
Please keep Harold Blaylock in your prayers. He has multiple health problems at this time that are quite serious.
The monthly Board meeting was held as scheduled, with discussion and approval of the 2008-2009 budget. Mr. Kelly presented information about Club finances and answered questions. Also, we reviewed several items of business related to the upcoming Golf Tournament (September 12). TEAMS and GIFTS ARE NEEDED! Let’s all get busy. Finally, the Soccer Tournament work schedule was read and assignments discussed.
