REMINDER: Soccer Tournament is this weekend, June 6 and 7. Starting time for Saturday will be 8 AM, with Sunday opening at 7 AM. We are really short on volunteers, so please contact Willie Elizandro if you are willing to help.
Our Installation Banquet has been scheduled for June 29th, 6:30 PM at the Wyndham. [Note: this has changed, watch for forthcoming bulletins!] We will have entertainment, good food, and good fellowship, so plan to attend. Reservations can be made through Willie (and we will need a "head count").

The daughter of Jan Scholl, Katya Lyzhina, introduced our speakers: Emma Purifoy; Mattie Thacker; Lydia Jou; and Austin Farr. They presented information about their "Start Something" project, each completed while students in North Little Rock. These included collecting pajamas and books for homeless children (Emma), collecting bedding for homeless families and supporting the "Teddy Bear Patrol" (Mattie and Lydia), as well as soliciting paper products, bedding, toys, etc., to benefit women and children (Austin). They also took time to answer questions.
Teddy Bear won the pot!
